A company or organization wishing to join CITeR as a dues paying member and receive member benefits must execute a Center Membership Agreement. A sample membership agreement is provided for prospective members to review. This sample agreement provided by the NSF reflects well-established IUCRC policy with respect to membership and IP that has been at the foundation of the IUCRC Program’s long track record of successful centers providing value to their members.

Membership Types

• Full Member: Full voting membership in the Center is open to companies and organizations for a minimum fee of $40,000 per year. See the template membership agreement below for rights and terms of membership.
  
  
• Undergraduate Student Fellowship Sponsorship: Organizations may contribute $4000 for the support of an undergraduate student in Center research.
